Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the BROKENSOUL PROJECT online store.

The products in the online store are sold by BROKENSOUL PROJECT, a Finnish sole proprietorship.

By placing an order through the online store, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the prices, shipping terms, and other terms applicable to the order and stated at the time of purchase.

These terms do not restrict any rights granted to consumers under Finnish consumer protection legislation or other mandatory laws.

2. Products and Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros in the online store and include the applicable value-added tax.

Availability, features, sizes, colours, and other product-specific information are stated with each product.

We reserve the right to change product prices and availability. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Any applicable shipping costs are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.

3. Placing an Order

The customer places an order by selecting products in the online store, proceeding to checkout, and confirming the order.

When placing an order, the customer must provide the correct and up-to-date information required for delivery.

Once the order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

We reserve the right not to accept an order for a justified reason, for example if a product is not actually available or there is an obvious pricing or product information error in the online store. If the order has already been paid for and cannot be fulfilled, the payment will be refunded to the customer.

4. Payment

The payment methods available in the online store are displayed at checkout.

Payment is made using the payment method selected when placing the order. The terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider apply to its services.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address selected by the customer at checkout or to another available delivery or collection point.

Available delivery methods, delivery times, and shipping costs are shown in the online store and at checkout before the order is confirmed.

6. Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an order placed through the online store. Withdrawal and product returns are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy.

The Refund & Return Policy is available in our online store and contains information about the withdrawal period, returning products, and refunds.

7. Liability for Defects

The seller is responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

If a product is defective or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer should contact customer service as soon as possible.

In the event of a defect, the customer will not be responsible for unreasonable costs that, under applicable law, are the responsibility of the seller.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the BROKENSOUL PROJECT online store, including images, graphics, texts, logos, symbols, product designs, and other visual materials, is owned by BROKENSOUL PROJECT or its partners, or is used with appropriate permission.

The content of the online store may not be copied, modified, published, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyrights or other intellectual property rights related to the product to the customer.

9. Use of the Online Store

The online store must be used in accordance with the law and good practice.

The customer may not use the online store in a way that could cause harm to the online store, its operation, or other users.

We aim to keep the information and services of the online store available with as few interruptions as possible, but we cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation of the online store.
