Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Products purchased from our online store are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. If an order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the final shipment of goods.

You may also notify us of your withdrawal before the order has been delivered.

Withdrawal must be clearly communicated, for example by email. Simply returning the product or failing to collect the package does not constitute a withdrawal notice.

Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice was made.

The returned product must remain essentially unchanged and without diminished value. However, you may handle and try on the product to the extent necessary to establish its characteristics and suitability, in the same way as would be permitted in a physical store.

If the product is used beyond this extent and its value decreases as a result, we may deduct the corresponding amount of the decrease in value from the refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the return costs resulting from withdrawal, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

No separate return fee is charged.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payments made by the customer without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

However, we may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received by us or the customer has provided evidence that the product has been sent back.

The refund will primarily be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

If the customer selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option when placing the order, we will not refund the additional delivery cost resulting from that choice.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or differs from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the product.

In the case of a defective or incorrect product, the customer will not incur return costs, and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The notification must include at least the order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel the order.

The return address and detailed return instructions will be provided to the customer after the withdrawal notice has been received.

This refund and return policy does not limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
